TAPS lead Product Safety investigations to ensure that compliance practice is followed.

If you think you have a Product Safety Incident then please follow the instructions below

• Call RST on 0333 202 0920 and choose option 7
• Ask to raise a Product Safety e-form
• Be sure to have all the customers details to hand and details of the incident
• We will then arrange to recover any affected unit(s) from you in a controlled manner to investigate in our TES lab in UTL.
